PRICING

All prices shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated). Prices are subject to Value Added Tax at the current prevailing rate.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. 

The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and until you have received your confirmation number.

Prices for children:

0-4 years old free of charge (cot subject to availability).

5 years and over are considered adults.

Accommodation cancellation policy:

Flexible - 30 days

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days prior to arrival.

If the guest does not show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Non-refundable

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation at any time if they cancel.

The guest must prepay the total price of the reservation at any time.

Payment Methods

ADVANCE

In order to confirm your reservation at Athina Exquisite Houses, a deposit of at least 30% of the total cost of the reservation is required.

The prepayment can be made either by bank transfer (in the bank account shown below) or by debit of your credit card, the details of which you agree to promote us during the booking process via our website (2nd step: in case "offline" payment method is selected).

PAYMENT

Payment is made on checkout, unless otherwise stated as part of a special offer (discount on a prepayment). Payment, similar to the advance, can be carried out either by bank transfer (in the following bank account) or by debiting your credit card.

Check-in and check-out hours

Check-in from 15:00 to 20:00

Check-out from 08:00 to 11:00

Late check-out: After consultation with the reception about availability,

for stays until 18:00 the charge is 50% of the daily room value, while for stays beyond 18:00 the charge is equal to 100% of the daily room value.
